Learning and Learners
Beginners, Students, and Learners
Sitting in front of desk is not the most fun, especially when you have to study something. Unless you are enjoying something either sitting or standing, average brain’s optimal concentration band is around 2-3 hours a day. But if you are playing a game, it won’t be the same story. I cannot make something fun for everyone when it comes to learning language. At least I can try to make some senses in collective and comprehensive learning of English vocabulary. If anything that starts making sense, that is a good sign to start with. Nothing more and nothing less.
For new beginners of English language to empower vocabulary, welcome to my world. The Baer’s World!
Student is today’s topic word.
Student is a learner and also a follower; abecedarian, apostle, apprentice, debutant, disciple, entrant, neophyte, novice, postulant, proselyte, pupil, tyro, and yardbird.
If any of the above words clicks with you, you are a student and you know you can say more than just being a student.
Does the picture look endlessly barren and open? You bet. Life is such. If you can see far in distance across the horizon over the sand dunes, there is a mountain range in sight. It seems far but reachable, doesn’t it? Every step and every day if you can make you small effort, you will be not only reaching the mountain, but you will also will be on the top summit. Will you walk with me?
